- Entry in the register of Economic Court / National Court Register or entry in the register of business entities
- Certificate on REGON identification number
- Confirmation on giving Tax Identification Number
- Valid Carrier’s Third Party insurance policy
- License for providing international road transportation (or domestic possibly)
